Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC to practice.
• Valid NPI number required and Washington license.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMFT/LICSW/LMHC telehealth sessions in Washington.
• Coordinate credentialing with internal team for quicker start.
