Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and is seeking LMHCs, LMFTs, or LICSWs to provide telehealth sessions to individuals, couples, and families. Providers operate as 1099 contractors with autonomy over schedule and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), biweekly direct deposit, and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims. Remote work is supported with WA, US eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling sessions via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain session notes and client records; manage documentation.
• Collaborate with Rula team to ensure smooth scheduling and billing.
