Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain timely and accurate session notes in the EHR.
• Coordinate with credentialing team and insurance partners for enrollment.
