Job summary

Rula is expanding its licensed provider network in Washington and seeks LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT to join as 1099 contractors delivering behavioral health services via telehealth.

You control your schedule, earn hourly sessions at $80 for 53-minute interactions, and enjoy admin support, billing handled, EHR, and dedicated help. In-person sessions offer a $20 bump per session.

Credentialing is streamlined, referrals provided, and a supportive therapist community to grow your practice.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Admin work handled by Rula (billing, claims, EHR, tech support).
• You conduct sessions and notes with clients.
• Maintain professional licensure and adhere to clinical standards.
