Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington and seeks LMHC, LMFT or LICSW clinicians to join as 1099 contractors with telehealth and scheduling autonomy. You’ll deliver high-quality behavioral health care while Rula handles billing, insurance, and admin tasks.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session with direct deposit every two weeks and session-based protections. Must hold WA licensure, valid NPI, and be able to provide telehealth.

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in good standing.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients and complete session notes.
• Collaborate with Rula for referrals and documentation support.
• Maintain professional standards and ensure patient privacy and compliance.
