Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed providers. You will deliver telehealth LMHC sessions to individuals and families, while maintaining notes in the EHR and managing your own schedule with full autonomy.

Rula handles insurance, billing and claims; you focus on clinical care. A WA license (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) and an active NPI are required, with flexible, contractor-based work conditions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state license as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC and be licensed in Washington.
• Valid NPI number and ability to provide telehealth across WA.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC telehealth sessions to WA clients.
• Complete session notes in the EHR after each session.
• Maintain licensure and participate in credentialing/enrollment processes.
• Manage your own schedule and availability with Rula support.
• Collaborate with Rula for billing, claims, and insurance processes.
