Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll have complete schedule autonomy and focus on delivering high‑quality behavioral health care while Rula handles billing, insurance, and EHR support.

Providers must be licensed in WA (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) with a valid NPI and the ability to deliver telehealth. Washington sessions pay $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and no show protections.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LMFT or LICSW in Washington state.
• Valid NPI required.
• WA license active and in good standing.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to WA clients.
• Maintain confidential client notes and documentation.
• Coordinate with Rula admin on billing, scheduling, and referrals.
