Job summary

Apello is seeking a part-time Telephone Operator to handle 15–25 hours per week, predominantly 7 am–3 pm Mountain Time. You will answer calls, collect required information, and relay messages to clients using Apello's software. Fluency in Spanish and English is required and professional communication is essential.

Remote-friendly role with 90-day onboarding period and strict home-office requirements. Prior customer service experience preferred; high school diploma preferred but open to capable

• Must speak fluent Spanish and English.
• Typing speed 35+ WPM.
• Good grammar and spelling.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to make good decisions in the absence of specific instructions.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and take messages on a computer.
• Use Apello's software to determine what information to collect from callers.
• Use Apello's software to determine when and how to relay messages to our clients (phone, text, email etc.).
• Give out information to callers as directed.
• Interact with callers in a courteous, professional and helpful manner.
