Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a Litigation Support Project Manager to provide consultation and technical leadership across case teams, managing document databases, productions, vendor relationships, and other technology-driven solutions.

The role requires expertise in Relativity and experience with Opus 2, Brainspace, and AI-assisted review tools, plus strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate internal staff and outside vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation support, analysis, or project management.
• Expertise in Relativity required; predictive analytics experience preferred.
• Experience with Opus 2 for transcript/video management.
• Familiarity with Brainspace analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support to legal teams with respect to budgeting, vendor management, document databases, productions, transcript management, and other technology-related solutions for litigation.
• Deliver expert analysis, guidance, and recommendations to case teams for achieving desired outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day Litigation Support requests and coordinate all technical resources, including internal staff and outside vendors, for case teams.
• In connection with trials, set up war rooms in hotels or other offices, and coordinate graphics services and courtroom technology.
• Work collaboratively with Litigation Support personnel across the country to service all GT offices on multiple concurrent projects.
