Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Remote Litigation Partner to join its team in Raleigh, NC. This fully remote position focuses on expanding the firm's presence in North and South Carolina and requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission in either state.

The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of legal experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in various practice areas, including Employment & Labor and Business Litigation. Benefits include health and dental insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant legal experience.
• Proven track record in one or more practice areas: Employment & Labor, Insurance Coverage, Toxic Tort and Environmental Law, Business & Commercial Litigation, Product Liability, Management and Professional Liability, and General Liability.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and representation in various litigation matters.
• Develop and maintain a portable book of business.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to serve public and private clients.
• Engage in strategic planning to expand the firm's regional footprint.

Education
