We Are Legal Revolution in Fort Lauderdale is seeking Litigation Attorneys to join a national firm expanding across 40+ offices. This role focuses on insurance defense, with a base salary up to $175,000 and a performance bonus up to $45,000, and the option to work remotely.

You will contribute to case strategy, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and discovery, and support business development to grow the practice.

Responsabilidades

• Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional liability, Product liability, Auto, and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Perform Strategic Legal Research - Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents - Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts - Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
