BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Remote Litigation Attorney to join our Cedar Rapids, IA office. You will handle criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation matters primarily remotely, with some in-person court appearances in Des Moines, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, and Iowa City.

This role offers flexibility with a balanced schedule, opportunities for increasing responsibility, and ongoing collaboration with administrative and legal staff to grow your practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in criminal defense, family law, or civil litigation.
• Licensed in Iowa (or pending admission).
• Ability to manage cases with support and growing independence.
