Qualifications

• 5–7 years of civil litigation experience with a proven track record.
• Bankruptcy experience preferred.
• Experience representing clients in business, commercial, and property disputes.
• Licensed to practice law in California.

Responsibilities

• Civil Litigation: Manage all stages of litigation in state and federal courts.
• Bankruptcy: Relief from stay motions (preferred).
• Lender Litigation & Judicial Foreclosures: Represent clients with dedication and expertise.
• Alternative Dispute Resolution: Guide clients through arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.
• Client Communication: Provide clear, solutions-focused guidance to clients throughout matters.
