Qualifications

• Medical degree with psychiatry residency and valid license.
• Native Lithuanian and advanced English, strong written and verbal communication.
• Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation in Lithuanian clinical settings.
• Experience developing teaching materials, case studies, or similar content for education or research.
• Experience on interdisciplinary projects, preferably involving technology, research, or digital health.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies for AI model training.
• Conduct detailed psychological assessments and create expert annotations informed by Lithuanian psychiatry.
• Produce precise written analyses and documentation in both Lithuanian and English, with clinical and cultural accuracy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to strengthen AI systems' understanding of psychiatric concepts.
• Apply ethical judgment when reviewing sensitive case content, including confidentiality and best practices.
• Provide expert feedback on analytical evaluation methods used by AI systems in mental health contexts.
