Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking an underwriter to underwrite, quote and bind eligible risks within established authority and guidelines. The role focuses on building a profitable, well-managed portfolio through disciplined risk selection and responsive service.

You will connect retail partners with broader resources when a risk requires additional specialization or market access, contributing to growth in the West region with flexibility to work from a local office or remotely.

Formación

• Active insurance license; Proven experience in binding authority, production underwriting or E&S insurance.
• Strong technical underwriting skills and sound risk-selection judgment.
• Commercial, solutions-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.

90000 - 120000 Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
