Job summary

The Gibbons Group is seeking a Life Insurance Agent Trainee to start remotely with full training, licensing support, and a proven system. No prior experience required and you’ll begin in a coaching-rich environment.

You will learn to communicate with clients, understand coverage options, and progress toward becoming a licensed agent. This is a remote, performance-based position with daily pay opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States.
• No prior insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain a life insurance license if not already licensed.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to communicate with clients about life insurance and financial protection
• Participate in training and coaching to develop industry knowledge and sales skills
• Work with provided systems and tools to connect with prospective clients
• Assist in helping individuals understand available coverage options
• Follow a structured process to complete licensing requirements (if not already licensed)
• Build confidence through hands-on learning and mentorship
• Develop the skills needed to grow into a licensed life insurance agent role
