Responsibilities

• Connect with warm prospects using digital lead systems and modern CRM channels.
• Consult via educational video calls to match families with life insurance, IULs, and annuities.
• Protect: oversee the underwriting pipeline to get policies issued efficiently.
• Retain: perform periodic reviews to adjust coverage as client lives progress.
• Scale: participate in team coaching and mentorship to unlock production growth.
