Job summary

The Jernigan Agency is seeking motivated life insurance sales representatives to work from home nationwide. This is a 100% commission-based role with earnings tied to the clients you help and the coverage they choose.

You will work with warm leads, book appointments, review options with clients, and guide applications through underwriting. Training, mentorship, and a lead system are provided; occasional in-person conferences may be required. Compensation has no cap and can grow with performance.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in life products or willing to get licensed.
• Must have a computer and phone to service the clients.
• This is all online so internet connection is a must.
• We provide all of the training.
• We have warm leads available; no COLD calling.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Call on our lead prospects to set up appointments.
• Help each client to review their options and apply for that coverage.
• See the application through the underwriting process and get our clients covered.
