Job summary

The Semler Agency is seeking motivated, coachable individuals to build a career helping families protect their financial futures. You will connect with prospective clients, conduct virtual appointments, identify life insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

As an independent contractor, you’ll work remotely on a 100% commission basis with uncapped earnings potential and opportunities to lead a team.

A life insurance license is required. Unlicensed applicants must be willing to obtain one at their own expense. Agents may invest in leads through the corporate office or develop business through their own networks.
