GIA Legacy Planning, an independent life insurance distribution agency, seeks driven professionals to build their own client book nationwide. This 1099 commission-only role lets you work remotely, set your own schedule, and grow at your own pace by serving families with tailored protection solutions.

You’ll establish your pipeline, earn on every policy, and have the option to expand into a team with overrides as you prove results, with no mandatory insurance background required.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor opportunity; 1099 commission-only earnings based on performance.
• Experience in sales, real estate, finance, customer service or other client-facing roles preferred; insurance experience not required.

Responsibilities

• You control your schedule — mornings, evenings, weekends, you decide.
• Approximately 100% remote — serve clients across the US from wherever you are most productive.
• Build a book of business that pays you on every policy you write, with an ownership model and overrides as you grow a team.
• Present life insurance and protection solutions tailored to each family's situation.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of active clients and referrals.
• Grow at your own pace — whether part-time or full-time, the system adapts to your commitment level.
• This is an independent contractor (1099) commission-only opportunity; earnings depend entirely on performance, activity, and consistency.
