Bear Insurance Group is hiring driven individuals for remote life insurance sales in the United States. You will prospect clients, conduct consultations, and present tailored life insurance solutions from anywhere with flexible hours and strong compensation.

Training is provided, with uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and annual residuals. You’ll build your own client book and receive leadership training and career advancement opportunities as you grow in a recession-proof industry.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Willingness to get licensed (we help with this!)
