Bear Insurance Group is hiring driven individuals to start a journey in life insurance and financial services. We seek motivated Sales Representatives who are eager to learn, grow, and succeed with full training, flexible hours, and industry-best compensation.

You’ll prospect clients, conduct consultations, and tailor life insurance solutions, presenting products virtually or in-person. You’ll build your own client book and get licensed with our support.
