This role involves phone or virtual client consultations to identify coverage needs, present suitable insurance solutions, submit applications, and manage your own pipeline. Compensation is commission-based via carriers, and the in-house mortgage protection lead program

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing before producing.
• Experience in a commission-based or client-facing sales role.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Professional, coachable, and self-directed.
• Motivated to build consistent production within a proven process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone-based or virtual client consultations
• Present appropriate coverage options based on client needs
• Run quotes and assist clients through the application process
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients
• Manage your own schedule, pipeline, and production activity
• Submit business according to carrier and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in training, mentorship, and case support
• Use available systems, tools, and lead options to build consistent production
