Job summary

The McCrimmon Agency is seeking motivated, coachable individuals for a remote, commission-based insurance sales role. No prior insurance experience is required, and training plus licensing support are provided to help you start.

You will work with clients to assess needs and offer life and health coverage options, with ongoing mentorship and a focus on personal and professional growth. Set your own schedule with 15–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must live in the United States.
• Must have reliable internet, a computer, and a personal phone.
• Must be willing to obtain a life and health insurance license. Licensing costs are the responsibility of the Sales Agent, but we provide support and guidance throughout the process.
• No prior insurance experience required.
