Job summary

The Jernigan Agency is seeking coachable life insurance sales representatives to work from home in the United States. This is a 100% commission role with no cap on earnings, relying on warm leads and our data-driven lead system. You’ll help families review options and guide them through underwriting to coverage.

Ideal candidates are disciplined, honest, confident, and passionate about helping people achieve financial goals. Some travel for in-person conferences may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in life products or willing to get licensed.
• Must have a computer and phone to service the clients.
• Internet connection is a must since this is all online.
• We provide training to help you learn the business.
• Warm leads available—no cold calling.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Call on our lead prospects to set up appointments.
• Help each client to review their options and apply for that coverage.
• See the application through the underwriting process and get our clients covered.
