Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain
• Comfortable operating in a modern, digital-first sales workflow from a remote setting
• Strong self-discipline, time management, and remote organization skills
• Desire to build long-term client relationships with recurring revenue

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective policyholders across the region via digital channels and video
• Present life insurance, IUL protection, and annuities in live video sessions
• Guide applicants through underwriting and keep clients informed at every step
• Nurture ongoing client relationships as needs evolve
• Engage in daily team huddles, coaching, and skill-building sessions
