The Jernigan Agency is seeking coachable individuals to join our remote life insurance sales team. This position offers a 100% commission-based income with no cap, supported by data-driven systems and warm leads who have already expressed interest.

You will work from home, call on prospects, review coverage options, and guide clients through underwriting. Training and mentorship are provided, with occasional travel for in-person conferences and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in life products or willing to obtain licensing.
• Must have a computer and phone to service clients.
• Internet access required; online work.
• We provide training, mentorship and warm leads.
• US citizen is required to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities

• Call on lead prospects to set up appointments.
• Help clients review options and apply for coverage.
• See underwriting through to policy issue and get clients covered.
