Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking motivated Remote Sales Agents to educate clients on life insurance, help them choose coverage, and build lasting relationships from a remote setting. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide licensing assistance, comprehensive training, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with 100% commission-based earnings and flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Licensing assistance, training, and support are provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated and coachable with good time management in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals and families to assess financial protection needs.
• Educate clients on life insurance options, including simplified issue products.
• Build lasting client relationships through professional service.
• Guide clients through applications and provide ongoing support.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure a positive experience.
• Participate in training and development to improve product knowledge.
