All onboarding is supported by a mentorship program and a competitive, uncapped commission structure. No prior insurance experience is required, with licensing help provided to succeed remotely.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience is helpful but not required.
• No prior insurance experience is necessary—licensing assistance, training, and ongoing support are provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn in a performance-based environment.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing your time in a remote setting.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Comfortable using technology and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs.
• Educate clients on life insurance products, including simplified issue coverage with valuable living benefits.
• Build strong, lasting client relationships through professional communication and exceptional service.
• Guide clients through the application process while providing support and answering questions.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
