The Jernigan Agency is hiring life insurance sales representatives to work from home in the United States. This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap on earnings, supported by data-driven lead generation and a robust training program.

You will call on warm leads, review coverage options, guide clients through underwriting, and help families secure protection. Licensing in life products is required or you must be willing to obtain it; travel for in-person conferences is occasional.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in life products or willing to get licensed.
• Must have a computer and phone to service the clients.
• This is all online so internet connection is a must.
• We provide all of the training.
• We have warm leads available who have contacted us first. No COLD calling.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Call on our lead prospects to set up appointments.
• Help each client to review their options and apply for that coverage.
• See the application through the underwriting process and get our clients covered.
