Job summary

The Jernigan Agency is hiring remotely for life insurance sales representatives on a 100% commission basis. You will work from home, service clients, and use our data-driven lead system to connect with interested families. Travel to in-person conferences is occasional.

Training and mentorship are provided, with no cold calling and licensed or license-ready status required. Agents typically handle 3–5 families per week and earn $300–$500 per family helped, with no earnings cap.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in life products or willing to get licensed.
• Must have a computer and phone to service the clients.
• This is all online so internet connection is a must.
• We provide all of the training.
• We have warm leads available who have contacted us first. No COLD calling.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Call on our lead prospects to set up appointments.
• Help each client to review their options and apply for that coverage.
• See the application through the underwriting process and get our clients covered.
