Job summary

Taubman Financial Management is seeking licensed life insurance agents for a 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped commissions and a fully automated back-office. You can work solo or build a team, with the freedom to scale your book of business and schedule.

The system handles paperwork, lead delivery, policy processing, and follow-up logistics. Produce from a fully remote setup, leveraging our automated infrastructure to focus on selling and consulting, with mentorship and growth

Qualifications

• Strong communication and consultative sales skills.
• Self-driven, coachable, and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor.
• Comfortable with commission-only, performance-based income.
• Interest in either individual production or team building/leadership.
• Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or a related sales role preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for client calls.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess life insurance needs.
• Present and sell life insurance products tailored to clients.
• Build long-term client relationships through needs-based advising.
• Work leads delivered through our automated system—no cold prospecting required.
• Close business remotely via phone, video, or digital tools.
• Grow as a solo producer, or recruit and build your own team.
