Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a long-term home-based role. You will meet with clients virtually, educate on life insurance, and present solutions tailored to client goals. You’ll manage a sales pipeline, participate in training, and advance professionally within a supportive team.

This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity with flexible scheduling available to U.S. applicants.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
