Qualifications
- Active Life Insurance Producer License (state of residence) required.
- Prior life insurance or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads
- Schedule and conduct needs-based consultations with prospective clients
- Explain coverage options in clear terms
- Submit applications and assist clients through underwriting
- Maintain CRM with next steps and interactions
- Stay informed on product updates and state insurance regulations
- Provide ongoing customer service including policy reviews
