Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance license or willingness to complete pre-licensing immediately.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing a daily sales workflow from a home office.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients via phone, email, and live video platforms.
• Evaluate financial needs to structure custom asset protection and income planning solutions.
• Manage client applications through underwriting to ensure smooth policy delivery.
• Provide ongoing client service to ensure coverage matches changing life circumstances.
• Participate in team workshops, sales training, and daily accountability meetings.
