Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License or plan to obtain quickly.
• Comfort presenting to clients via live video platforms.
• Strong self-discipline and organizational habits for a work-from-home setting.
• Empathetic listening with excellent verbal communication.
• Entrepreneurial drive to own career growth and daily production.

Responsabilités

• Proactively connect with warm prospects using digital channels.
• Lead consultative solution selling for life insurance and IUL/annuities.
• Guide clients through application, underwriting and policy approval processes.
• Provide long-term support with periodic policy reviews.
• Participate in weekly strategy huddles and training sessions.
