Stratford Davis LLC is seeking entry-level life insurance agents to join our remote team. This 100% remote opportunity offers training, mentorship, and access to turnkey systems to help families protect assets and plan for retirement.

You'll work with warm leads, conduct virtual consultations, guide clients through applications and underwriting, and provide ongoing policy reviews. A strong work ethic and self-discipline are essential for success in a flexible, commission-based role.

Formación

• Active State Life & Health license or pursuing quickly.
• Comfort presenting to clients over live video platforms.
• Strong self-discipline and organizational habits for work-from-home.
• Empathetic listener with excellent verbal communication.
• Entrepreneurial drive to own career growth and daily production.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively contact warm prospects via digital channels.
• Lead engaging virtual consultations to tailor life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies.
• Guide clients step-by-step through application, medical underwriting, and policy approval.
• Provide long-term policy reviews to adapt coverage as family priorities evolve.
• Participate in weekly strategy huddles, product training, and personal development.
