Ping Health, LLC is seeking motivated, self-driven Independent Life Insurance Agents (1099) to join our fast-growing Final Expense telesales division. Work from your home office with inbound leads and an aggressive compensation structure designed to reward performance.

You will respond to real-time inbound inquiries, analyze client needs over the phone, and submit policies electronically. This is a 100% remote, contract role with direct carrier pay, residuals, and no salary guarantees.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License required.
• Self-motivated, disciplined work ethic for work-from-home.
• Dedicated, quiet home office space free from background noise.
• Reliable high-speed internet and suitable equipment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior telesales/remote sales/insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up with real-time inbound telesales leads and inquiries regarding Final Expense life insurance.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis with clients over the phone to help them select the right burial or final expense policy.
• Utilize electronic applications (e-apps) and voice-signature processes to submit policies accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients virtually to ensure high policy retention.
• Manage your own schedule with a remote office environment.
