The Diaz Agency is seeking Independent Life Insurance Agents in the Portland, OR area. This role focuses on selling life insurance to individuals who request assistance, with no cold calling and a value-based warm lead program.

Two tracks are available: Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week) earning $30,000–$60,000+ first year and Full-Time (35-45 hrs/week) earning $84,000–$150,000+ first year. Training is provided and equity opportunities exist for motivated agents who want agency ownership.
