Overview

The Dial Agency is seeking motivated, service-minded individuals to join our team, helping families protect their assets. We assist families with mortgage protection, final expense insurance, and other life insurance needs by providing access to over 30 A-rated insurance carriers. We offer resources, training, and support for obtaining the necessary licenses. No prior experience in sales or insurance is required.

Role Description

Our day-to-day tasks include calling and booking appointments with leads that have requested this coverage, sitting with families over zoom or phone call, and training calls with the team.

Income

Average commission is around $500-700 per application

Uncapped income earning potential

Part Time Agents make approximately 30k-60k+ the first year

Full Time Agents make approximately 120k - 250k+
