Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a long-term, fully remote sales role. In this position you will meet with prospective clients virtually, present products, and build relationships while earning commissions.

We offer onboarding, ongoing coaching, leadership development, and the proven Equis sales system used by 1,000+ agents. Applicants must maintain the required state life insurance license; remote work available across the U.S.

• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
