Qualifications

• Active Life & Health license required or in progress to take exam soon.
• Proven ability to connect with people via Zoom/online meetings.
• Self-motivated with the discipline to work effectively from home.

• Willingness to grow professionally within a remote sales role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with pre-qualified leads to explain life insurance, IUL, and annuities.
• Design tailored protection plans aligned with client goals.
• Guide applicants through forms and underwriting with admin support.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders.
• Collaborate in daily team huddles to refine the sales playbook.
