Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance license or willingness to complete pre-licensing immediately.
• Comfortable managing a daily sales workflow from a home office.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Genuine desire to help families protect their financial futures.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients via phone, email, and video.
• Evaluate client financial needs to structure asset protection and income planning solutions.
• Manage client applications through underwriting to ensure policy delivery.
• Provide ongoing client service to ensure coverage matches life changes.
• Participate in team workshops, sales training, and daily accountability meetings.
