Job summary

Stratford Davis is seeking empathetic, goal-driven Remote Life Insurance Agents to help families secure peace of mind from home. You will connect with daily families via video consultations to assess risks and present tailored life insurance, IUL, and annuity options.

Ideal candidates hold a Life & Health License or willingness to obtain one, with strong communication and a self-motivated, service-first mindset. Flexible 4-day schedule and fully remote setup are offered.

Qualifications

State Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
Warm, professional communication skills across digital video platforms.
Self-motivation and high accountability in a work-from-home environment.
A service-first attitude focused on putting client interests at the center of every conversation.

Responsibilities

Connect virtually with families seeking life insurance, IUL, and annuity coverage.
Host video consultations to uncover client risks and offer clear solutions.
Guide families through application processing, underwriting, and policy placement.
Maintain relationships with policyholders as families grow, providing long-term support.
Engage in team mentorship and industry workshops to improve sales capabilities.
