Licensed Life & Health agent or willing to obtain licensure.
Tech‑savvy with ability to host video consultations.
Strong communicator who explains financial concepts clearly.
Self-starter able to thrive in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual financial discovery sessions to evaluate client needs and recommend life insurance, living benefits, and guaranteed annuities.
Utilize integrated CRM tools and digital communication channels to engage inbound and outbound leads.
Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic virtual communication, maintaining long-term client trust.
Coordinate with insurance carriers to streamline client application and policy issuance procedures.
Collaborate with team members during daily virtual stand‑ups and interactive mentorship sessions.
