Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is seeking life insurance agents for a long-term, fully remote position in the United States. You will meet with clients virtually, educate families on life insurance products, and present tailored solutions while earning commissions and bonuses.

The role includes onboarding, ongoing sales and leadership training, one-on-one coaching, and opportunities for career advancement within a proven system used by 1,000+ agents nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on client needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
