Job summary

Precision Financials is expanding its remote team of Life Insurance Agents. You will build and educate clients on protection strategies, retirement planning, and education on insurance options while developing your own client base from anywhere in the United States.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers 100% commission based compensation with no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income, and requires obtaining/state licensing where needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass applicable background requirements.
• Willing to obtain and maintain required state licensing.
• Reliable access to a computer and internet connection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a commission based independent contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually or in person.
• Educate individuals and families on financial protection concepts.
• Help clients understand available life insurance options.
• Conduct needs based financial conversations.
• Develop and maintain professional client relationships.
• Follow up consistently with clients and prospective clients.
• Build and serve your own client base.
• Complete required carrier and company training.
• Maintain all required state licenses and continuing education.
• Follow industry regulations and compliance requirements.
