You’ll join a turnkey ecosystem with client lead access, health plan options, group coaching, and rewards, plus a flexible 4‑day structure and zero commuting.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance license (or willingness to complete pre-licensing immediately).
• Comfortable managing a daily sales workflow from a home office.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Competitive spirit with a genuine desire to help families protect their financial futures.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients via phone, email, and live video platforms.
• Evaluate financial needs to structure custom asset protection and income planning solutions.
• Manage client applications through underwriting to ensure smooth policy delivery.

• Participate in team workshops, sales training, and daily accountability meetings.
