Job summary

The Jernigan Agency is seeking coachable, self-motivated individuals to work from home as life insurance sales representatives. This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap on earnings, and agents typically handle 3–5 families weekly, earning $300–$500 per family. Data-driven systems and strong lead generation connect you to interested clients quickly. Training and mentorship are provided, with occasional travel for conferences.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in life products or willing to get licensed.
• Must have a computer and phone to service clients.
• Internet connection is a must since everything is online.
• We provide all of the training.
• We have warm leads available; no cold calling.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Call on lead prospects to set up appointments.
• Help each client review options and apply for coverage.
• See the underwriting process through and get clients covered.
