Job summary

Stratford Davis LLC is hiring Remote Life Insurance Agents to guide clients toward custom life insurance, IUL protection, and annuity strategies using modern digital tools. This fully remote role offers flexible 4-day work options and turnkey support including lead generation and coaching.

We require an active Life & Health Insurance license (or plan to obtain) and a strong client-first mindset. Work from anywhere in the United States with a commission-based structure.

Qualifications

• Must have active Life & Health Insurance license or commit to passing before start.
• Strong self-management skills for remote work autonomy.
• Client-first attitude rooted in integrity and service.

Responsibilities

• Educate and empower clients through virtual consultations that simplify complex policies.
• Build digital bridges by connecting with leads nationwide via video tools and cloud platforms.
• Manage pipelines by guiding clients from application to underwriting.
• Nurture trust by staying in touch with policyholders as goals evolve.
• Grow constantly by attending weekly skill huddles and learning from mentors.
